Pet Policy
Veritas is a pet friendly community, and we welcome your dogs and cats. Residents interested in living with a pet must obtain prior approval from management and meet the following requirements:
- Veritas accepts pets up to 100 pounds
- $250 deposit
- $250 non-refundable pet fee
- $35 montly pet rent
