Living in Veritas
I have been a resident of Veritas for about 3 1/2 years. I have seen an impactful change in the way this complex has been ... run. I must say the staff has done an exceptional job in making my living experience a very pleasant one. The management office is top notch, and they listen to resident's inquiries and suggestions. The maintenance staff are extremely responsive. I recently submitted a work request to fix a broken garbage disposal (sent at 9 p.m. on Friday night), and by 2 p.m. the next day I had a brand-new disposal. Outstanding. Even though they are not seen, I know security is protecting my vehicle and the rest of the grounds. I highly recommend you take a look at living here. Read More about Living in VeritasBy: Anonymous

Awesome, friendly and helpful office staff as well as ground keepers! (And very patient with me. Lol). Well, they turned ... what can be a very stressful move into a pleasant one. ?? Beautiful landscaped grounds & amenities. I don’t have a dog…but if I wasn’t on the top floor, I’d think seriously about getting something small..because you have designated places to walk them & let them play! I LOVE it here! My only complaint about living here, particularly the apartment building I am in, is that the neighbors really love being ... inconsiderate by slamming their doors when going in and out of their apartment units. I have lived here for going on two years and I have never felt the need to complain until now. I just renewed my lease to stay another year because of location, convenience and price. Everything is wonderful here. Noise could be less but that's what happens when you live with people. Staff is exceptional ... and always makes us feel at home and important. Haven't lived in an apartment since 1990 and all I can say so far about Veritas is, its been amazing!!!!! The Maintenance ... staff has been nothing but incredible. We have had some small issues and they have been fixed immediately. Very polite and personable workers(faucet leak, ac cleaned and new filter and light bulbs). We moved into a clean and freshly painted (looked like) apartment. The office staff has been very nice and always happy to see and ask what they can help us with. Brittney was INCREDABLE when we moved in. She stayed late to make sure we could get in our apartment. We drove 450 miles and was running late, had some problems with our moving equipment and she made sure to help us. If not we would of had to stay the weekend in a hotel. Her manager was way supportive in helping too. We moved in 4/14/18, 3rd floor, 2 bed rooms with the loft(2 adults and two kids). Very modern and not your typical apartment inside. It's been very quiet and parking has been no problem. Very clean outside, yard crew always keeping the place looking beautiful and pools cleaned. Nice front and back gate access also.
